Good News for candidates whose assessing body is Engineers Australia. From November 1st, Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) seeking migration opportunities in Australia can appear for the Pearson’s Test of English (PTE-Academic), as Engineers Australia will now accept its scores.

There is a high demand for engineers in Australia. If you are looking to migrate to Australia, passing the English competency test is necessary. Considered one of the easiest English proficiency tests, PTE-A comes after TOEFL and IELTS in terms of test difficulty.

Candidates are required to score a minimum of 50 points in each of the four modules of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. The test result form should not be older than 2 years while applying for evaluation.
