The occupation ceiling is a limit beyond which the Australian immigration authority will no longer accept candidates for a specific job role. The occupation ceiling applies to Skilled Independent Visas, Skilled Regional Sponsored Visas, and Skilled or business state or territory sponsored Visas.
Once your occupation has reached its ceiling, you will be unable to apply for any of the mentioned Visas.
