Criteria for Getting Your Application Assessed

Chief Executive or Managing Director

The following are the requirements for this position –

  • Currently holds, or has held earlier, the most senior management position in an organisation for a continuous period of at least 3 years.
  • Have successful and proven experience in a top management position at the level of corporate general manager or equivalent before being appointed as a CEO or Managing Director.
  • Be an owner of a business or report directly to the Board of Business Directors.
  • Be responsible for implementing policies and strategies across the entire business or organisation.
  • Be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a financial budget for the whole business or organisation.

Corporate General Manager

Following is the criteria for this position –

  • Have or have had held the position in an organisation for a continuous period of at least three years
  • Have relevant experience in the position before the position of Corporate General Manager
  • Reports directly to the CEO, Managing Director, Board of Directors or the owner of the business
  • Have the authority to make decisions over a wide range of responsibilities

Senior Functional Manager

Candidates coming under this category are:

  • Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Advertising Manager
  • Human Resource Manager
  • Engineering Manager
  • Supply and Distribution Manager

To be assessed as a Senior Functional Manager, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a proven record in the functional manager position over a continuous period of 3 years
  • Hold the senior-most position in the functional area of responsibility within the organisation
  • Should have been reporting directly to the owner of the business, Corporate General Manager or Chief Executive Officer
  • Should have proven successful experience in a wide range of managerial responsibilities

Fee for Assessment

You need to pay a fee of AUD 550 (excluding GST) for the assessment. This fee is non-refundable.
