- You are the primary holder of an Investor (Provisional) subclass 162 visa
- You lived in Australia for at least two years in the past four years immediately before you apply while holding an Investor (Provisional) visa under subclass 162
Health and Character Requirement:
- You must ensure that you and all of your family members meet the necessary health and character requirements. You and your family members need to undergo medical examination and provide medical certificate to ensure that they meet the health requirement in order to meet the criteria.
- You must meet certain character requirements. You must be prepared to provide a police certificate from each country you have lived in for 12 months or more during the past 10 years after your turned 16 years of age.
Debts to Australian Government:
You must either have no outstanding debts to the Australian Government or you must have arranged to repay any outstanding debts to the Australian Government before this visa can be applied.
