The International Skilled Worker Programme (ISWP) Immigration Category under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has been reopened to accept 300 applications.  Applicants must have registered with the Express Entry System when they apply for the Skilled Worker Program. All eligible individuals already in the Express Entry Pool of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
